Behind the scenes, automation runs around the clock, scanning every review — verified or not — for anything that breaks our rules. It never sleeps, so new feedback is checked the moment it's posted.
What we look for
Spam and duplicate posts, feedback that doesn't reflect a real experience, off-topic or promotional content, and patterns that suggest a review wasn't written by a genuine customer.
What happens when something trips a filter
Reviews that trip our filters are held for review or removed. We aim to be transparent about this, but no system is perfect — occasionally something slips through.
Report it
If you spot something our filters missed, use the report option on the review. We read every report and act on what we can — your reports are how the system keeps getting better.
