How Reviews Get Verified
What the "Verified" tag actually means — and what it doesn't.
What "Verified" means
A review carries a "Verified" tag when we can confirm that a real transaction or genuine experience stands behind it. It's a signal of authenticity, not a guarantee of quality — it simply means the feedback came from someone who actually did business with the company.
How we confirm a real transaction
Depending on the listing, verification can come from a confirmed purchase, an order reference, or the supplier confirming the customer's details. We don't read or judge the content of the review — we check that the experience behind it is real.
What we don't do
We don't fact-check individual opinions. If a buyer says a machine was easy to set up, we take that as their honest experience. "Verified" tells you the review is from a real customer — it doesn't mean we endorse every word.
Why it matters
Anyone can post. A Verified tag helps you separate real buyer feedback from noise, so the ratings you see reflect people who actually bought and use the machines — not paid placements in disguise.
